Account Director - Media Focus

Account Director - Media Focus:
This is both an account management and business development position where the Account Director is expected to prospect new clients and to build and manage existing accounts. Our top performers are experts at developing and selling creative, tangible media solutions, they understand the dynamics of negotiating media buys, and the importance of their media solutions contributing to the goals and objectives of their clients.

We want ambitious individuals who have:

  • Demonstrated impressive sales background with quantifiable results

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently exceeding month revenue targets
  • Developing and selling media campaigns to new and existing clients, utilizing all media types
  • Actively prospecting / closing significant regional and national high-potential new clients
  • Advise clients on how to best use trade to benefit client's business
  • Create and build winning client relationships
Requirements:
  • Media sales experience required. History of building media campaigns a real plus
  • Experience in a high-volume telephone and face-to-face client contact environment
  • Strong organizational, administrative and negotiation skills
  • Creative and persuasive personality balanced by a strong sense of detail
  • Highest levels of integrity, consistency of character and ability to achieve rapport
  • Familiarity with transactions of $50,000+
  • HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE A PLUS
  • 3+ years recent media sales experience
  • 5+ years recent demonstrated sales experience working with regional or national corporate clients, delivering quantifiable results
  • Highly developed selling, closing and customer relationship skills

Account Director - Hospitality Focus

Account Director - Hospitality Focus:
We are looking for Account Directors to join our dynamic growing sales teams located in San Francisco, Manhattan and Chicago as we penetrate the Upscale/Luxury Hospitality market through our luxury hotel lead generation website and our innovative media solutions.

This is both an account management and business development position where the Account Director is expected to prospect new clients and to build and manage existing accounts. Director of Media

Intagio is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as its Media Director. 

This person will be a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for our overall success by leading the development of our media capabilities and expertise.  The Media Director will provide direction and oversight on all media planning and execution for Intagio clients.  This person will oversee a media planning team, work with Account Directors and interact with clients. The Media Director will be a key part of the team to market Intagio Media capabilities to prospects and clients. The position is based in San Francisco and reports to our CEO.

The Position
The Media Director will lead the development of our media capabilities and expertise.  This person will be responsible for directing delivery of media planning and buying services that exceed client objectives in a measurable manner.  The Media Director will work closely with the sales team, helping to guide, train and educate the team on identifying and executing sales opportunities as well as participating in sales efforts.  The person will work directly with clients and Account Directors to oversee the development, execution, and analysis of media plans.

Responsibilities for this position include:
· Structure our media planning and placement capabilities and design the most effective approach to deliver planning and buying services to our clients
· Participate in identifying client opportunities and pitching media capabilities
· Interact with clients to guide strategy, present recommendations and provide high-level media expertise
· Provide direction and oversight for all media planning and execution for traditional and online media
· Direct the a nalys is and reporting of post-plan campaign effectiveness to clients
· Train sales and account management team on media approaches and best practices

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
· Deep understanding of media and media research
·Working knowledge of planning and buying of traditional, online, and search engine media
· Skilled at creating, overseeing, analyzing and merchandising media plans
· Strong verbal and written skills
· Experience in new business presentations
· Strong organizational, administrative and negotiation skills
· Highest levels of integrity, consistency of character and ability to achieve rapport

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 10+ years of media planning experience, including interactive
· 5+ years of experience at a senior management level in media at an advertising agency, media services company or on the client side
· Basic software proficiency
· Strong written and communication skills

Senior Media Specialist

This person will help guide the development of our media capabilities and expertise. The Senior Media Specialist will provide mentorship and oversight on all media planning and execution for Intagio clients.

This person will oversee a media planning team, work with Account Directors and interact with clients. The Senior Media Specialist will be a key part of the team to market Intagio Media capabilities to prospects and clients. The position is based in San Francisco and reports to our CEO.

· Experience with high profile, luxury, perishable services (particularly hospitality) a plus
· Experience in working with clients and account executives
